Summary of Terms of Service and Use for TryIt! and enScholar
(please review Full Terms of Service and Use below)
Welcome to TryIt!, run by the enScholar Educational Foundation.
As a non-profit run by volunteers, our aim is to help high school students make better post-secondary and career decisions through gaining real-life ‘micro-experiences’. A ‘micro-experience’ is an activity or opportunity that can help students learn more about themselves and their career path. We hope you find TryIt! useful in connecting your micro-experiences with interested youth.
Micro-experiences featured on TryIt! must be opportunities for learning that are appropriate for high school students. We do everything we can to provide the best student experience possible and ask that you maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and safety in the micro-experiences that you post. Please note the following:
- Posting Micro-Experiences on TryIt! is completely free for all organizations. If these terms ever change in the future, you will be notified well in advance and have complete control over whether to continue using TryIt!.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post and any actions/implications arising from it. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review the content posted on the TryIt! Site by third parties such as organizations, users, or the public.
- By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are acknowledging you have read and will abide by our guidelines. We will remove micro-experiences deemed offensive, illegitimate, of insufficient quality, or in conflict with our guidelines, at our discretion, and without warning.
- enScholar is not responsible for the behaviour (online or in-person) of TryIt! users. We are a platform which connect students to micro-experiences, but have no control, and therefore take no responsibility, for the students and organizations using our site.
- We may ask you via email to add/remove/adjust content within your micro-experience post to fit within our Guidelines.
- By agreeing to these terms, you allow the enScholar Educational Foundation to disclose that you are an enScholar partner, and to use your company logo in our featured partner section on the website. If you have questions, or would like us not to use your logo on the TryIt! Site, please notify us via email: email@example.com
